Returns

It is important to us that you are delighted with your purchase.


If for some reason you are not delighted with your purchase, and your return meets the following criteria, you can return your item for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, you must return your item within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt of purchase.

Store Credits:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved for a store credit, we will notify you by email.

You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the instructions above for Returns, or send us an email at hello@seasunandsoul.com to chat with us.

Shipping: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
